We’re always open to well-researched, genuinely useful content from writers who know payroll, time tracking, or workplace law. We only publish content directly related to:

Submission Guidelines
- Length: 1,200+ words, in-depth & genuinely useful, not filler
- Originality: 100% original, unpublished elsewhere. We run plagiarism checks.
- Accuracy: Cite sources for any labor law, wage, or legal claims (e.g. DOL, state labor departments). We fact-check before publishing.
- Tone: Clear, practical, written for real workers and business owners, no jargon-heavy or overly promotional language.
- Formatting: Use proper headings (H2/H3), short paragraphs & bullet points where helpful.
Links & Author Bio
- One contextual link back to your site or relevant resource is allowed within the body, if it adds genuine value to readers.
- A short author bio (1–2 sentences) with one link is allowed at the end of the post.
- We do not accept posts written primarily to promote a product, service, or unrelated business. Excessive or irrelevant links will result in rejection.
- We reserve the right to mark outbound links as
nofollowat our discretion.
How to Submit

- Your proposed topic or headline (we’ll confirm before you write, to avoid wasted effort)
- A short writer bio
- Once approved, submit your draft as a Google Doc link or plain text
We aim to respond within 5–7 business days. Due to volume, we can’t respond to every pitch, if you don’t hear back, feel free to follow up once after a week.
What Happens After Submission
- We may edit for clarity, length, or formatting
- We may request revisions before publishing
- We reserve full editorial discretion on whether to publish
